1. Agreement to Terms

7. The APR Calculator

The APR calculator on the Site is a simplified educational tool. It performs calculations using a fixed-monthly-payment amortization model based solely on the values you enter.

The calculator:

  • Does not account for variable APRs, late fees, returned payment fees, balance transfer fees, foreign transaction fees, cash advance APRs, promotional rates, or other terms specific to your actual credit card agreement.
  • Does not account for additional purchases or charges added to the balance after calculation.
  • Does not transmit your inputs to our servers or store them in any way.
  • Provides estimates only. Your actual interest costs and payoff timeline will differ.

You should consult your actual credit card agreement and a qualified financial professional before making decisions based on calculator output.

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources, such as government agencies (e.g., the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and nonprofit organizations (e.g., the National Foundation for Credit Counseling). These links are provided for informational purposes only.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for at least 30 days following the change. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Financial Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and AprHeal regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements.
